Recommended Feed Speed:
1) The standard feed speed (classified for all 4/4 & 5/4 stock; solid and banded; up to 30 inches should also be used for 6/4 and 8/4 stock up to 10 inches wide
2) The standard feed speed for parts wider than 30 inches is 38 FPM on the bottom machine and 39.5 FPM on the top machine. This is also the recommended speed for 6 & 8/4 wide parts


Recommended material removal by machine station:
1) First Planer head 3/16 or .1875 inches max
2) First Sander head 20 thousandth or 0.020 inches max
3) Second Planer head 3/16 or .1875 inches max
4) Second Sander head 20 thousandth or 0.020 inches max


Part Capacity:
1) Max part width cannot exceed 50 inches
2) Max part thickness cannot exceed 6 inches
3) Max part length (recommended not to exceed 105 inches)
4) Minimum part width not less than 3/4 of an inch
5) Minimum part thickness not less than 3/8 on the Planer heads and not less than 1/8 inch on the sander heads
6) Minimum part length not less than 15 inches
