Shipping Information

A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold through the Machine Tool Bids platform.
Payment is required 48 hours after receipt of the invoice via wire transfer or cashier's check.
The Auctioneer and his principals make no representations nor give any warranty expressed or implied. All assets sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS"
Removal: Equipment is located in Ronkonkoma, NY, and Newington, CT, please see the lot description for the location of each lot. Load-out is scheduled for the week of April 3rd. Hand Carry items: April 3rd - April 4th. Riggers will be on site Wednesday, April 5 - Friday, April 7th, items requiring rigger removal must be removed by the end of the day Friday, April 7th. Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices. The loading includes loading equipment onto buyer-arranged trucks. Containers may not be loaded on-site. Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer. Listings with no loading costs or fees noted are hand-carry items and must be scheduled for local pickup on Monday, April 3rd - Tuesday, April 4th.
The auctioneer and its partners can not be held liable for issues or damages sustained during loading or transport. All third-party vendors and contractors carry their own insurance policies
No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full. The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal. Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers.
Unless otherwise noted, loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices. Loading includes loading equipment onto buyer-arranged trucks. Containers may not be loaded on-site. Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections.
Buyers are to pay for all associated loading, removal, transport, and any taxes or VAT
The auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.
No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.
If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.
No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full. No assets shall be removed from the premises until the completion of the sale.
The auctioneer is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his principals.
