• Removal: Equipment is located in Ronkonkoma, NY, and Newington, CT, please see the lot description for the location of each lot. Load-out is scheduled for the week of April 3rd. Hand Carry items: April 3rd - April 4th.  Riggers will be on site Wednesday, April 5 - Friday, April 7th, items requiring rigger removal must be removed by the end of the day Friday, April 7th.  Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices.  The loading includes loading equipment onto buyer-arranged trucks.  Containers may not be loaded on-site.  Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer. • The auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.

• No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.

•  If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.
