Load out is scheduled for the week of March 27th.  Riggers will be on site Tuesday 3/28 - Thursday 3/30, items requiring rigger removal must be removed by the end of the day Thursday, March 30th. - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices.  The loading includes loading equipment onto buyer-arranged trucks.  Containers may not be loaded on-site.  Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer.   Packing is available for hand-carry lots for an additional fee, not all lots marked hand-carry can be packed, custom packing fees may apply and will be determined after the auction. Packing does NOT include freight - All freight costs and arrangements are the Buyer's responsibility. The max box weight is 65lbs - no exceptions.

  No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full.  The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal.  Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers. 
  The auctioneer and its partners can not be held liable for issues or damages sustained during loading or transport.  All third-party vendors and contractors carry their own insurance policies

• Auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.

• No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.

•  If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.
