Terms and conditions:

•  A buyer's premium of 18% will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold.

• Payment is required 48 hours after receipt of the invoice via wire transfer or cashier's check. 

• The Auctioneer and his principals make no representations nor give any warranty expressed or implied.  All assets sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS"

• Equipment is located in Lubbock, TX. 

• Removal: All equipment is located in Lubbock, TX. Load out is scheduled for the week of February 20th.  Riggers will be on site Tuesday 2/21 - Thursday 2/23, items requiring rigger removal must be removed by the end of the day Thursday, February 23rd. - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices.  The loading includes loading equipment onto buyer-arranged trucks.  Containers may not be loaded on-site.  Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer. Listings with no loading costs or fees noted are hand-carry items and must be scheduled for local pickup on Monday, February 20th, or Friday, February 24th.

• Packing is available for hand-carry lots for an additional fee, not all lots marked hand-carry can be packed, custom packing fees may apply and will be determined after the auction. Packing does NOT include freight - All freight costs and arrangements are the Buyer's responsibility. The max box weight is 65lbs - no exceptions.

  Items fitting in One (1) - 12" x 24" x 12"  65lb Max Weight - $85.00

  Items fitting in One (1) - 12" x 36" x 12"  65lb Max Weight - $130.00

   

• No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full.  The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal.  Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers.  

• Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections.

• Buyers to pay for all associated loading, removal, transport, and any taxes or VAT

• Auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.

• No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.

•  If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.

• No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full.  The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal.  Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers.

• The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the property listed or to sell at this sale property not listed. 

• No assets shall be removed from the premises until the completion of the sale.

• The auctioneer is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his principals.

•  All sales are final.
