Terms and conditions:

•  A buyer's premium of 18% will be added to the hammer price of each lot sold.

• Payment is required 48 hours after receipt of the invoice via wire transfer or cashier's check. 

• The Auctioneer and his principals make no representations nor give any warranty expressed or implied.  All assets sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS"

• Most of the equipment is located in Green Cove Springs, FL. Specific equipment is noted as being located in Indiana or Ohio as applicable. 

• Removal:  Removal by December 16, 2022 by end of day. - NO EXCEPTIONS.  Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices, preferred rigger contact information is noted.  Loading includes loading equipment onto buyer arranged truck.  Containers may not be loaded on site.  Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer.  If no loading cost listed Buyer is responsible for arranging prepping, loading and freight. 

• Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections.

• Buyers to pay for all associated loading, removal, transport, and any taxes or VAT

• Auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.

• No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.

•  If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.

• No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full.  The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal.  Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers.

• The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the property listed or to sell at this sale property not listed. 

• No assets shall be removed from the premises until the completion of the sale.

• The auctioneer is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for the acts of his principals.

•  All sales are final.

• Location is noted in each listing.

• For equipment located in Elkhart, Indiana Clover Machinery Movers is the exclusive rigger.

• For equipment located in Mason, Ohio, and Michigan City, Indiana AFW, Inc is the preferred rigger.
