Removal: All equipment is located in Wylie, TX. Removal dates: 1/31 - 2/1 all equipment must be removed by end of the day on 2/1/23. - NO EXCEPTIONS. Loading fees listed in each auction listing will be applied to all winning invoices. Loading includes loading equipment onto buyer-arranged trucks. Containers may not be loaded on-site. Prepping machinery for transport is the responsibility of the buyer. JMor Machinery Movers is the exclusive rigger for this auction - no exceptions.

Auctioneer reserves the right to sell subject to a reserve and to purchase for its own account and/or for the account of others, whether verbal or written proxy, all subject to prior sale.

No person or persons shall retract their bid after it has been made.

If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer may decide, or put the lot up for sale again at once and resell to the highest bidder.

No assets shall be removed unless paid for in full. The buyer shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage caused during or as a result of the removal. Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers.

The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from the sale any of the property listed or to sell at this sale property not listed.
